The Speed Attic has been training some of the Quad Cities top athletes for more than 8 years. Every athlete that walks through the door has found that our program offers training that produces results that cannot be achieved by any other training program anywhere.
Our hard core training increases verticals, decreases 40 yard dash times, and improves overall athleticism. Focusing on form and fundamentals, each training session works on speed, endurance, and core strength.
With a maximum of 12 athletes per class and at least 2 trainers, each training session keeps the athletes moving for the entire hour. Each supervised session is intense, structured, and customized to each athlete. This gives every athlete the opportunity for continuous improvement.
Our program is not easy by any means. Athletes will sweat more than they ever thought they could. They will be pushed to be the physically best they can possibly be. They will be sore...They will be tired...But, they will be rewarded with outstanding results!!
