Coaches

  • Training sessions are 1 1/2 hours in length.
  • Classes run for two months, three days a week. Times very.
  • Training sessions are either:

                Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 

  • Supervision, instruction and evaluation are included.
  • Workouts are very intense, structured, and customized to the athletes need.
  • Class sizes are very limited, normally only 8 to 10 athletes at a time.

You will:

Be placed in group training to promote competitiveness. 

Work with specialized plyometric weight training machines. 

Use state-of-the-art equipment. 

Have your workouts timed and closely monitored.
