There has been a great amount of interest from the area coaches in The Speed Attic since we’ve opened.  Most have inquired about the team group rates.  The following is a breakdown for team group rates.

 Group Rate Prices: (initial class, 24 classes/three days a week/two months)

This class is designed to continue with the athlete's intense work out and to continue their improvement so they can reach their maximum athleticism and terminal velocity's.

This offer only for the athletes who have underwent the initial class.

Maintenance class:                Cost $75.00 (4 classes/one a week/one months)

The maintenance class is designed to maintain the athlete at the level of athleticism that they have obtained.

The Speed Attic offers an Unfair Advantage for the athlete who is dedicated to becoming their best. 

The athlete will:

Gain explosiveness, speed, power and endurance.
Receive personal evaluation and instructions.
Be placed in-group training to promote competitiveness.
Use state-of-the-art equipment.
Have their workouts timed and closely monitored.

Experience dramatic results in Speed, Power, Endurance, Balance, and Quickness.
