And the results are...

 

In just eight weeks of training the dedicated athlete is rewarded with outstanding results.  The average improvement is approximately 2 to 5 tenths of a second off of their 40 yard dash.  The typical increase in the athletes’ vertical jump has been approximately five inches.  That’s AMAZING!!!!
