What makes a Training Session

 

The Speed Attic training program is based on three training sessions per week.  Training sessions are one to one and a half hours long and are limited to a maximum class size of twelve athletes. 

Workouts are very intense, structured, and are customized to each athlete giving each the opportunity for continuous improvement. 

Athletes are placed in group training to promote competitiveness.

All sessions are supervised and are geared so each athlete can reach their maximum athleticism and terminal velocity.

Running, jumping, core work...our training combination offers the ultimate explosive speed, power, quickness, and endurance program needed to excel in all sports.

 

Our program is not easy by any means.  Athletes will sweat more than they ever thought they could.  They will be pushed to be the physically best they can possibly be.  They will be sore...They will be tired...But, they will be rewarded with outstanding results that cannot be achieved with any other athletic training program anywhere else in the Quad Cities.
